Glamour Doll Eyes Scare Shadows!

Hey Everyone!
I recently got the chance to try out some Glamour Doll Eyes Scare Shadows, the set I used for this look is set #2. I tried out so many looks with these shadows and this one was by far my favorite, it's colorful, but still wearable.

If you order set #2 here are the shadows you get:
satans sheets, teenage witch, infectious, undead

Swatches:

Satans Sheets- white with lots of red shimmer

Teenage Witch- grey green with gold shimmer

Undead- black with heavy red/purple undertones

Infectious- burnt orange gold

The scare shadows will be available on October 1st on http://glamourdolleyes.com/

Hope you guys enjoy, here is the tutorial on my channel, check it out and let me know what you think! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CwlJ9r3MVV0&feature=player_embedded

NOTD- Maybelline Gray-T Glamour!

Hello!
I'm getting into darker colors on my nails now that Fall is right around the corner. Maybelline has a new collection for Fall 2010 that is absolutely gorgeous. I love every color in the collection and was able to pick up a few the other day. Gray-T Glamour is a dark blue-based gray with slight shimmers in it. I found the formula and brush really hard to work with (so excuse the messiness) but in the end it looks very pretty, I think this will be a great color for Winter too- I love grays in the Winter!

Pretty.. right?!

p.s. I think I'm retiring the glitter nail, I'm kind of over it but I think that a silver glitter nail (china glaze nova) would look good with this nail color.
what do you think?

Taylor Swift 2010 VMA Performance Makeup!

Hey everyone!
If you watched the MTV VMA's last Sunday night, you may remember Taylor Swift's performance. While I loved her new song, what really caught my eye was her makeup. It was so different for Taylor, who usually sticks with grey's and blacks on her eyes. I went a little bit more on the warm side with this look then she had during her performance, either way, I love this look and I hope you do too!

Here is the tutorial on this look:

These are all the products I used:

sue devitt tan-tan
nars taj mahal blush
mac blacktrack fluidline
mac feline khol power

NOTD- Creamsicle!

Creamy orange nails are IN this season, and my new fave is Festival Lights from Orly!
My glitter nail is China Glaze Cleopatra (the perfect gold glitter)
Festival lights is pretty sheer, this was about 3-4 coats and it's still not opaque.

I'm not the biggest fan of oranges, but I like pastels, and the more I look at this, the more I like it!
(ps. It's coming out a little bit brighter on camera)

My Favorite Look For Nighttime!

Hi!
So, today I wanted to talk about my favorite look for nighttime!
It is super simple, I just used two Nars eyeshadow duos, one in key largo and one in kalahari.
here are the rest of the products I used to complete the look & the tutorial:
Nars shadow duo in kalahari and key largo
lancome artliner
mufe smokey lash
murad oil control
maybelline dream smooth mousse
mufe duo mat
studio finish concealer
becca bronzing powder in salsa
nars gina blush
nars chelsea girls lip lacquer

Here's a link to the tutorial
(I would put it on here, but it's taking way too long)

Some people might use this for a daytime look, but for me it is the perfect nighttime look. I love the simplicity of it and it's one of those looks that make you simply look more beautiful, and those are my favorite looks of all! Some great alternatives to the two duos that I used to what I used are Mac tempting e/s, lorac inspiration e/s, & UD smog e/s. All three of those shadows will give a similar look.. bronzy, smokey, and gorgeous!

Hope you all like it!

NOTD- OPI Lucky Lucky Lavender!

I am wearing OPI lucky lucky lavender with china glaze nova as my glitter nail!
Lucky lucky lavender is one of those colors you cannot go wrong with, it looks good on most skin tones and it is one of my favorite nail polishes ever. It is almost a bubblegum pink with a hint of lavender.. LOVE!
(I would say Nars Mata Hari blush, in nail polish form)
It is a limited edition nail polish as it was in the Hong Kong collection, but it is readily available on Amazon.com, that is where I purchase most of my nail polishes.

I hope you all like these NOTD's!
